My goal is to integrate these skills with management and innovative practices in the business world.My journey as a lawyer in a law firm has provided me with an expanded view of advisory and litigation work, and, more importantly, the opportunity to explore new horizons.From an early age, I have valued self-development and venturing into the unknown. At the age of 21, I embarked on an intercultural exchange in the United States, in New York, where I developed my personal and technical skills in the English language.After completing my legal education, my passion for public law led me to specialize at PUC Minas. This culminated in my involvement with CONCIDADE Erval Velho, an advisory council for the Municipality of Erval Velho-SC, where I currently serve as President and contribute voluntarily to municipal development decisions.Throughout my career, I have focused on providing legal support to businesses, embracing a generalist approach. Being self-taught by nature, I maintain a continuous learning attitude and apply my interpersonal skills in line with best practices.Over time, I have honed both my technical skills and soft skills.
