My responsibilities include designing and implementing business operations, established policies that promote company culture and vision, adhering to financial key performance indicators, and overseeing the operations of the company.Notable Accomplishments:• Designed and implemented business strategies that grew company revenue from $18,000 to $11 M in 8 years• Establish company culture that grew employee base from 2 to 41• Establish vendor and subcontractor base in which we have 40-60 in-direct employees• Grew the company rental holdings from a market value of $150,000 to $24.00 M in five years• Establish a $20.00 M debt facility to purchase multifamily with a national bank• Maximize employees’ performance on the property management team to achieve 97% occupancy • Recognized by INC 500 as the 250th fastest growing company in the nation• One of 5000 companies in the nation with Federal 8(a) status• Recognized as one of the top DBE contractors in New Orleans• Established a $10.00 M bonding line to perform on construction projects
