Responsible for drafting contract packages and purchase order agreements and negotiations with contractors, manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers. Scopes of work include industrial and commercial general construction; electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and civil construction; and pipe, steel, and tank fabrication and installation. Total contract values exceeds $250 million; agreements are a mixture of lump sum, T&M, and hybrid compensation structures. Advise REG regarding Louisiana law and best practices in construction contracting and procurement.
