During the past decade, Andre has worked closely with more than 30 recognized companies in 21 sectors from 100 to 30,000 employees across North America and is uniquely experienced in working at the executive level.Known for navigating business challenges in complex and difficult environments, Andre is an experienced entrepreneur, having in the first 15 years of his career, successfully acquired, developed, operated, and sold several businesses in the oil and gas, manufacturing, export, and knowledge industries including Canadian Envirogenics, Texsyl Manufacturing, Enerdyne Energy Services & Tejas 7 International. Andre is an intense seeker of new knowledge who has practiced, applied and written extensively on his learning and has translated his experience as both a leader and entrepreneur in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Banking industries to designing and delivering intricate and often large-scale solutions for an array of blue-chip organizations across North America. Andre holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Knowledge Management and holds a Certified Management Consultant designation. As a continuous student and learner, he continues his learning as his Leadership evolves. A committed Social Entrepreneur, Andre sits on the board of Trustees of the Santa Fe Arts Institute, Hospice Calgary and The Groves of Varsity Corporation. He lives in Calgary, Canada.
