Atuou na realização de pesquisa intitulada: "Panorama das Capacidades Institucionais Municipais para a Promoção da Governança Ambiental no Estado de São Paulo". Como resultados, observou-se que os municípios do Estado de São Paulo apresentam capacidades institucionais mínimas para promover a governança ambiental, apesar dos avanços em políticas públicas como o Programa Município VerdeAzul. Aspectos como ausência de estruturas mínimas para a promoção da participação ampliada em processos decisórios sobre Meio Ambiente, sem exclusão ou segregação de atores, foram verificados como principais limitantes. Lacunas no acesso à informações ambientais relevantes e as limitações no aporte de recursos (materiais ou humanos), também foram apontados como fatores que reprimem o engajamento de seus stakeholders devido aos custos relacionados à própria participação, o que contribui para a manutenção o status quo das políticas ambientais.

I carried out a great bibliographical and documental research about the development potential of the more than 5,000 Brazilian municipalities. I built several spreadsheets with indicators of different data about each municipality, using macros and advanced knowledge in Excel. I also assisted in the creation of an analytical model that enabled the measurement of the development potential of each municipality, performing data analysis with the help of digital tools (Microsoft Excel, SPSS) and the Instituto Publix knowledge and publications.
