The President is responsible for providing the guiding vision for Osborne Coinage and for establishing an environment in which commitment, achievement and integrity are priorities. The President, in consultation with the Evolving Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership Team for Evolving, sets the company’s strategic direction and directs the development of short- and long-range business plans. He or she is responsible for ensuring that the company’s structure, policies, operations and people enable the company to optimize its profits, cash flow and shareholder equity.

Report directly to the Chief Operations Officer; responsible for overall management and supervision of the facility including Customer Service, Engraving, Logistics, Engineering, Tooling, Production and Maintenance. Develop, implement and measure strategic plans to ensure profit and loss (P&L) objectives are accomplished; Establish manufacturing procedures and quality standards; Purchasing and Materials Management; Conduct weekly Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) meetings to direct and manage workflow and information; Serve as Lead Safety Representative charged with handling OSHA and Bureau of Workers Compensation issues while maintaining the safety and welfare of employees.

Responsible for sales to new and established accounts, while developing and managing customer focused marketing and promotional strategies that lead to profitable sales activity. Managed and supervised unionized drivers and merchandisers within in my sales territory. I also provided account merchandising, visibility standards, and volume objectives. I was also responsible for business growth through negotiating deals with customers to increase product representation and sales volume.

Responsible for over 100 unionized employees in a 30k - sq. ft. facility that operated 24 hrs. Over a six month period, I helped to increase sales by 164k, decrease store total expenses by 33k and increase bottom line by 83k.
