Duties consist of performing the role as a technical advocate for power distribution products (Spectra Low Amp & Series Busway and Bus Plugs). Daily tasks includes: addressing Global account post-sale operations and related technical issues. Plus, interfacing with various levels of management, multiple internal work groups and organizations; to lead and direct customer service improvements, resolve customer service problems and issues. As well as issuing Return Material Authorization and conducting root cause analysis and failure reports on returned product.

Duties consist of partnering with Delta's accounts payable department to ensure that all transactions are accounted for. As well as resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Other duties include monitoring all inventory levels, recommending any necessary changes to management. In concert with the operations department, I would monitor the accuracy of all inventory levels, resolving any errors as required. Plus insure that product movement flows seamlessly. Additionally, I would maintain inventory control records and report them to management on a regular basis.

Duties consist of processing of incoming orders and returns into an Oracle database system; as well as interfacing with sales reps, operations and end user to determine order status. I also performed planner duties by administrating all aspects of purchasing for the procurement of consumable inks including building and maintaining partnership relationship with key suppliers. As a new employee I created and implemented several detailed SOP’s (standard operating procedures) on the steps for processing consumable inks orders for USA/Canada, using my own self-written notes and template; not provided manuals or processes.

Duties consist of being the official controller of maintenance operations and repair (MRO) inventory items. As ICS, I was responsible for maintaining spare parts inventory by replacing spare parts as they are used throughout the plant. Plus, I would purchase and receive MRO inventory items that are necessary for maintenance purposes, as well as other plant departments. In addition, I entered purchase & work orders, requisitions & receipts into MP2 daily for all plant departments. I also perform cycle counts, handle clerical duties for the Maintenance Department and assisted in data entry and manipulation for CMMS (MP2) system. As ICS, I implemented 5s standards and a bar-coding part checkout & order system for the Maintenance Department. Also, as the Safety Resource for Brill Atlanta Frozen I have implemented several improvements & projects.
