Resolution Engineer (Technical Support Specialist)
CurrentDuties consist of performing the role as a technical advocate for power distribution products (Spectra Low Amp & Series Busway and Bus Plugs). Daily tasks includes: addressing Global account post-sale operations and related technical issues. Plus, interfacing with various levels of management, multiple internal work groups and organizations; to lead and direct customer service improvements, resolve customer service problems and issues. As well as issuing Return Material Authorization and conducting root cause analysis and failure reports on returned product.
