Worked with compounders to verify rubber properties.• Managed monthly mold budget for $100K+. Balanced repair of several high waste molds with purchase of new materials and equipment to ensure production was not slowed, while remaining under budget.

* Used ProCAD to engineer tire molds using existing standards and facilitated development of new concepts / processes for mold procurement. For example, when Dunlop Tire was acquired, designed hybrid GY and Dunlop tire to be produced in Japan. Collaborated with Japanese designers to compute proper dimensions and order correct parts.
