André has more than 25 years of experience as a global investor overseeing institutional, multi-asset class portfolios. André has led teams that had discretion over or actively advised pools of assets for a variety of multi-national families, universities, foundations and pensions. His engagements spanned investment strategy and governance, portfolio construction, risk management, manager selection, and investment program evaluation. He has presented at industry conferences on topics such as overcoming complexity and customizing objectives in private wealth, investing in hedge funds, developing quantitative security selection and valuation models, and launching an investment firm. Additionally, he most recently authored a paper reflecting on his two decades of experience working with Family Offices titled, Simplifying Family Investment Portfolios.André serves as a member of the boards of directors and investment committees for a number of institutions.
