I’m a Systems Administrator and Server Technician with 5 years of experience deploying, managing, and supporting technical systems and services for large-scale operations. Most recently, I configured a hardware monitoring application to proactively detect system failure for 200+ business-critical servers. Additionally, I work collaboratively and persistently to identify and execute resolutions for potential or existing system issues that impede business operations. For example, when a new file server system was implemented and not documented, I troubleshooted and replicated processes to identify the most accurate and effective method for creating and connecting file paths on Nutanix and distribution servers. I also leveraged my troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve a significant Microsoft Exchange issue for 150+ staff members.
