Managed the corporate transition from a mass-market approach to a coordinated strategic vertical focus. Defined the requirements. architecture, and primed the deployment, integration and adoption of the Hyperion / Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) tools and processes globally in a $2B company. Leading the cross functional team that deployed the BI system in less than a year (data integrity, data governance, hierarchies, data mining, training), achievements include the business process redesign yielding a margin improvement of $20 M.

Responsible for the worldwide management and evolution of a $ 200 M connectivity portfolio including strategic alliances with partners and vendors (iTRACS, RiT). Launched the first post-merger next-generation solution exceeding first year quotas by more than 25%. Key corporate spokesperson, presented at numerous customer executive briefings, partner and industry conferences and author of strategic white papers.
