• Serve as point of contact for merchant compliance inquires and escalating to management whenappropriate• Process day-to-day compliance inquiries received compliance inquiry inbox, reporting back to therequestor in a timely manner• Support basic merchant data breach cases• Assist merchants in vulnerability remediation by reviewing reports and providing solutionconsultations• Maintain a PCI DSS compliance knowledge foundation based on hands-on• Provide external merchant and internal stakeholder consultations in accordance with card brandcompliance• Make recommendations to improve the organizational value of the merchant protection programthrough feedback solicitation of internal and external parties• Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise, to gain trust and establishpartnerships focused on improving merchant compliance• Coordinate compliance communications and reporting between merchants and forensic investigatorsto the card brands and sponsor banks for merchant data breaches
