Responsible for Supply Chain Management in South America Region, reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain and also taking the role of A.G. Responsible for Warehousing, Transportation and Customer Service, for Henkel Brazil, Chile and Argentina as part of the A.O.(Adhesives Operations) Organisation, and executing the leadership of:1.Management of third party suppliers of logistics services (Warehousing and Transportation):• Coordinate the services rendered by logistics services providers, to assure they are performing and charging in accordance to contracts in place. 2.Inventory Management • Manages inventory in third party warehouses to assure accuracy, proper care during storage and appropriate preparation of all items in accordance to regulations for Chemicals Produtcs. 3.Inbound process (Product Receiving) • Responsible for accurate recording of products being received at third party warehouses, either from Suppliers (local / international) or returns from distributors / final Customers. 4.Outbound freight (Deliveries) • Manages deliveries (pick / pack / ship) of orders, making sure that logistics service providers are performing well and clients´s expectations are met or exceeded. 5.Customer Service (Order Fulfillment)• Responsible for Customer Service team, to guarantee the end-to-end processes, which receives requirements, provides customer support on order placing, follow-up on deliveries, coordinate products exchange, samples, returns and disputes management.

Responsible for overseeing Brazil, Chile and Argentina Logistics & Distribution Operations of Chemicals Products, through:- Finish Goods Outbound process in 6 Henkel´s Plants;- Finish Goods In and Outbound processes in 9 Distribution Centers being 4 in Brazil, 3 in Argentina and 2 in Chile;- Logistics and Transportation Cost management by % of Sales;- Creates lean, end-to-end processes to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders to customers in the most cost efficient way;- Handle Carrier and Logistics Operators Contracts relations to assure appropriate Service Level;- Establish and maintain focus on safety, driving 0 (Zero) Lost Time Accident initiative;- Develop, coach and lead consolidation team, setting measurable goals and objectives to evaluate success;

Responsible for overseeing Brazil Logistics & Distribution Operations for all DPaschoal Group, through:- 18 Distribution Centers operations management (Receiving, Warehouse, Shipping and Distribution).- 12 Tires Retread Factories - Supply management.- 200 Own Stores - Supply management.- Transportation Management (Negotiation, Procurement and Operations)- Logistics and Transportation Cost management.- Continuous improvement projects implementation.

Responsible for securing targeted Customer Service Levels by managing customer orders from orders released by Sales until “Proof-of-Delivery” received (includes Order Planning, Warehousing and Transportation management).

Responsible for Customer Service and Order Planning Department, managing 14 Analysts and the Order Desk Metrics for Latin America Region.Responsible for the whole Sales Orders execution, by coordinating collaborative and proactive actions with Sales, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Transportation Departments.
