In CRM and Logistics startups, I worked for four years, enhancing governance, support, and best practices in Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Success (CS). I spent 15 years in a group of financial, cultural, and educational institutions, leading strategic projects in organizational culture, mergers and acquisitions, and IT and service management projects.
