My focus is on the development of people, leaders, and organizations.As a career mentor, I help professionals develop self-awareness and achieve their goals, fulfillment, and purpose in their careers. In CRM and Logistics startups, I worked for four years, enhancing governance, support, and best practices in Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Success (CS). I spent 15 years in a group of financial, cultural, and educational institutions, leading strategic projects in organizational culture, mergers and acquisitions, and IT and service management projects. I also accumulated four years in IT consulting, working on implementation and support projects.Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to implement organizational cultures, lead operations, structure support, and improve processes. Additionally, I deepened my knowledge in frameworks such as SCRUM, ITIL Foundation, ISO/IEC20000, Six Sigma, COBIT, and PMI.I am a specialist in Administration from FGV and in Logistics and Transportation Management. I have taken additional courses in governance, projects, and processes.
