I began my career as a full-stack developer at Teinos, working in a 5-person team to develop medical applications. I gained experience interfacing our main hospital RIS program with various external applications, including developing our own PACS and Dicom Media Storage systems. Through these experiences, I learned how to communicate and work effectively a diverse range of stakeholders, including end-users, technicians, and sales representatives. After some period I was moved to 'single' software application development. This led me to learn the whole process of software development. From the definition of the specifications to the software release and many times also the installation of the product to the end-user.In 2009, I joined ATS as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Developer on a long-term project called Primo. I was responsible for both software development and management tasks and brought in a completely new software that had previously been purchased from a third-party vendor. We developed this software from scratch and were among the first to implement a fully touch-based interface on an X-ray device. My analytical approach to technology and commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements helped me to effectively organize team efforts, make critical decisions, and refine my problem-solving skills.In 2014, in collaboration with a multinational corporation, we started the development of a completely new machine: ARCO FP (released for the first time in 2015-Q3). The software part of this project was completely written from scratch. One of the main challenges we faced in this project was achieving real-time processing with a large throughput of data. To overcome this challenge, we employed CUDA technology for programming on a graphics card. This approach was not only new for our team but also rather new for the industry. The collaboration experience taught me how to integrate our company with the needs and rules of other company and how to mitigate different approaches to the production phases and Regulatory Affair.After Sedecal's acquisition of ATS, I assumed the role of Software Development Manager and Software Project Manager, during which our team expanded to nine developers. Under my leadership, we have continued to keep inline and push the boundaries of R&D in medical technology.I strive to blend analytical thinking with creative solutions, consistently addressing complex software issues with innovative approaches, such as optimizing image processing and managing large data sets in our projects.
