As an Administrative Specialist with H3 Environmental, I have honed my administrative chops performing day-to-day duties in project development, organizational deliverables, and responding to correspondence all while maintaining client and contractor confidentiality. With H3 Environmental, I contracted with BHP Legacy Assets acting as an embedded Office Administrator. With BHP, I gained invaluable experience performing key records management, maintained calendar and team meeting updates, and built a rapport as a friendly, professional, front facing liaison for office visitors and employees. Within my twin roles I have specialized in an organizational role and a detail-oriented posture, able to anticipate office needs and deliverables, all while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication with my team and management.
