Main responsibilities:- Leadership and Management of the EJEP Human Resources Team;- Resilience to quickly adapt the entire HR responsibilities schedule so that the team could work remotely during the COVID-19 Pandemic;- Provide Training in Agile Methodology for another Junior Entreprise;- Along with all HR, ensure the well-being of the entire team was susteined while everybody was working from home, especially the Trainees;- Do an efficient co-management to assure that the next HR Director was prepared to assume the position.Main achievements:- The Kaizen Team that structured and executed the first ever remote Selection Process in EJEP's history - which approved a total of 11 Trainees, the highest number of approved ones since 2018.- For the first time we managed and parameterized the performance of Trainees, evaluated through home office, of which 87.5% were hired.- We were the C-Levels Team that have achieved the highest billing target in company's history (until that day - R$192,500.00).- Project sale with fully remote execution and application in Supply Chain Management.

Learnt lessons and main responsibilities- Ensure Customers' Success - Long term strategic view development as a leader- Team leadership dealing with different profiles and personalities- Development of theoretical and practical Project Management skills: Project Charter, Gantt's Chart, WBS, Sprint Planning (with Trello and Pipefy), Workshop mediations;- Resilience to pivot the Project's Scope whenever needed prioritizing what's efficient and brought the best result to the customer.
