GTT/AMPO Project Manager

Acting as a project manager for leading user acceptance test teams with around 16 members and synchronizing all activities among different sites (Sweden, India, France, USA, Japan and Brazil) in order to ensure all requirements defined by business teams are met and deployed properly. Also, propose, lead and deploy medium/long term solutions for quality assurance for processes, procedures and deliverables related to Business, Quality and Testing teams.

Project Management for the area of Biomedical Engineering, involving Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering and Information Technology. Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the entire project life cycle (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controllingand Closing). Team composed by 10 members from different areas and expertise, including stakeholders from Spain and France. Projects with budgets between R$ 400,000.00 and R$ 2,500,000.00, involving fund-raising and grants from FINEP and CNPq institutes.

Developing solutions for international companies (Volvo – Travel Plus, Electrolux) using Microsoft .NET technologies, including Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
