Accountable for all aspects of our defining, managing and driving improvement and renewal in the marketing tech-stack. You will be integral in the establishment of setting, defining and improvement in processes across the team to ensure that we maximise the return and efficiency from our technology investments. A key element of the role will be to project manage new initiatives and projects as required.

Responsible to implement digital marketing technology solutions, including tools and processes related to localization, Content Management (CMS) and Marketing Automation.

- Creation of new Business Unit, focused on functional tests, growing company's penetration in existing accounts and helping bring new customers at new locations- Development and implementation of functional test solutions, including scope definition, project management and code implementation

- Direct report to the Americas Marketing Director. Managed a team of 5 engineers in Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica- Development of Marketing Strategic plan and market studies- Drive the creation of local case studies and articles- Drive localization of technical content for the web, seminars and all other media- Work with Product Marketing leadership to provide input on customer and market realities during campaign planning- Work with Field Marketing Managers on sales enablement plan- Develop insight on various markets within sub-regions- Interlock with Product Marketing to ensure feedback is processed- Own the relationship with Field Marketers and Sales (Virtual Team Members) to ensure Stripe success within the sub-regions- Represent Regional Stripe perspective to Corporate Marketing and to sub-regions- Coach other Field Marketing individuals on application or sub-regional specific projects

- Direct Report to the Country Sales Manager- Responsible to develop and execute a business plan for the region- Be the expert technical consultant for the customers within the territory- Develop a strong network of customers, partners and teammates to build a sustainable growth strategy

- Direct Report to the Brazil Branch Manager and managed a team with up to 6 engineers and 2 interns- Responsible to track the support requests from the local Applications Engineering department- Guide the team activities towards the top company priorities, supporting sales and marketing department- Being the technical mentor to help develop the individuals and prepare them to higher level positions in sales and marketing.

- Direct Report to the Brazil Branch Manager and managed a team with up to 6 sales representatives and 2 interns, supporting the entire national geography - Technical and professional coaching for team members, defining activity metrics and serving as a reference for identification and advancement of sales opportunities
