I am a well-rounded professional with a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Federal University of Goiás, complemented by specializations in Product Ideation, Design, and Management, as well as Prompt Engineering. My career has been shaped by a mix of experiences in technology, product management, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, all driven by a genuine passion for turning complex challenges into meaningful opportunities.My professional journey began in agricultural aviation, where I worked hands-on with application technologies. Over time, I took on the role of a pioneer in aerial firefighting, leading operations across Brazil for more than a decade and contributing significantly to environmental preservation efforts.As an entrepreneur, I explored the hospitality sector, founding and managing hostels in Brazil’s Midwest region, including Brasília. My goal was to create a connection between international backpackers and the cultural heart of Brazil. During this time, I also served as Vice President of Hostelling International and as a member of the National Tourism Council, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives. Additionally, I had the privilege of managing a sustainable tourism project in collaboration with the Norwegian Government, promoting innovative and responsible practices.After the pandemic, I shifted to the automotive sector, where I sharpened my marketing and technology skills while working at an automotive intelligence agency. There, I played a key role in turning an MVP into a thriving startup, solidifying my reputation as a creative and adaptable leader in challenging environments.Currently, at Leadfy, I draw on my broad experience and versatile skill set to craft innovative solutions, lead dynamic teams, and drive projects that deliver meaningful results.Throughout my journey, I’ve remained committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and the pursuit of a more sustainable and interconnected world.
