I was invited and hired to lead a small team of 3D artists.Our mission was to create 3D objects to be used in the Transas' simulator.My job, besides making some of the objects myself, was to inspect and certify that all the objects made by others had working LODs. collision boxes, had proper switching textures (day and night) and were working correctly on the simulator.It was also part of my job to help them create the objects detailed enough while using the least amount of vertexes possible, in order to keep the simulator running as light as possible.
