- Responsible for Finance of bank's offshore units- Structure the department, define processes and establish partnerships with other áreas- Relationship with Central Banks, Regulators and Auditing Firms- Business analysis Reports- Responsible for the units' Financial Statements- ICAAP- Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Forecast- Act as the interface between Head Office Finance and the Uruguay Units:-- Support CEOs and CFOs-- Ensure the quality of the managerial reports of these units-- Monthly analysis and forecasting of managerial results-- Annual budgeting with CEOs and CFOs of the Uruguay Units

- Head of Planning to the Commercial Banking area comprising Middle Market, Corporate, Large Corporate and Recovery/Restructuring segments;- Manage a 16 people team, divided into 4 cells;- Business Manager for the areas supported, acting as a facilitator with partner areas and supporting the preparation of workshops and offsites for segment management;- Structure decision forums with directors of Commercial Banking and partners such as Finance and Operations;- Support the directors in understanding the performance of the segment both in the financial and business perspective using reports made and received recurrently and developing new analysis and studies such as ideal account load of business managers- Prepare executive materials for the various management forums Commercial Banking is involved both in the Holding as in Wholesale Bank;- Support in structuring, leading and implementation of strategic projects such as Itaú BBA and the Real Estate Project;- To organize, conduct and monitor the Account Planning;- Structure and lead the team responsible for supporting the Products and Project Finance directors regarding the results, sales and market intelligence. This service includes performance analysis for the various heads and directors of these areas, preparation of periodic reports, monthly presentations to the directors, search for business opportunities of tactical actions and market studies;- Conduct definitions of rules to the managerial accounting model.

- Develop and implement a new method of analysis of the financial performance of the branches enabling cross and evolutionary analysis and demonstrating the potential of each unit;- Develop analysis to unveil branches that should be focus of corrective actions to increase profitability. Based on this work different areas of retail were mobilized allowing the reversal of the situation identified;- Leading teams with 2-16 analysts always focused on Financial Analysis of Retail, preparing studies and reports on Income and Expenses for the Vice-President of Retail and its Directors;- Project Retail’s P&L for the following 24 months (Rolling Forecast);- Act as the point of contact in Finance to the Vice President of Retail, assisting in all needs related to financial matters;- Coordinate the budget preparation;- Assist with the planning and implementation of a project to the optimum pricing of retail products, based on all the costs generated by an operation, not only the cost of funding. Among them stand out, the cost of capital and credit risk;- Monitor and analyze the rates charged by the Retail Bank, suggesting the necessary changes in the prices of certain products / segments / regions.

I'm in charge of coordinating a team responsible for revenues and expenses analisys, forecasting and financial support to the Bank's Retail Segments and Retail's Vice-presidency.

- Preparation of reports in connection with macroeconomic and sectorial analysis;- Valuation using, mainly, Discounted Cash Flow and EBITDA.

- Management and calculation of Marked-to-Market results and the Bank’s foreign exchange and quasi-dollar positions risk;- Calculation of fixed income interest rate curves and dollar coupons used on the calculation of MtM and risk;- Preparation of management reports in order to support the Bank Treasury’s decisions.

- Control and verification of fixed income and swap operations held by the trading desk;- Control of fixed income and swap portfolios of the Bank and its controlled companies;- Control and verification of the operations accounting.

- Support the Distribution Desks in calculatiing the transfer price of assets and liabilities of commercial deals;- Control of profit and loss of netting positions;- Prepare management reports.
