- Led a team of 8 back-end engineers in developing a user platform. - Led technical decision-making regarding back-end and infrastructure and provided mentoring within a remote team of 6 engineers.- Built an AWS web cluster using Terraform, establishing the necessary infrastructure for Node.js and Go back-ends.

- Led a team of 8 engineers in a cross-functional setting to develop B2B applications for managing reservations in restaurants and chains. - Reduced maintainability costs on B2B applications by migrating a legacy PHP project to a SPA with AngularJS and Java which resulted in a shorter time to market of new features, increased quality and improved the user experience.

- Worked on an early-stage startup to implement an HR management system to help small and medium organizations keep track of their employees absences. Leveraged Ember.JS and Node.JS with MongoDB.

- Built a Java-based RFID Reader for tag tracking and a REST API for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) calculations, enhancing printer life cycle monitoring and material impact evaluation in new product development, in collaboration with HP.
