Here I act as an administrator, financial and logistics management and negotiation with customers and suppliers.Concurrent to Lulu Balm, I also work in another area of interest and study, Marketing. Being a co-founder in a Design studio with my wife and as a Project Manager in an advertising agency, i developed my skills to deal with teams, balancing demands, negotiating deadlines and costs and aligning different needs in several industry sectors.I also had other valuable experiences, for 1 year I was a pharmaceutical salesperson in a Cannabidiol company in Rio Grande do Sul, making visits to sell the product to qualified doctors and assisting patients interested in purchasing a product that requires a set of legal procedure and counseling government agencies and logistics to guarantee access to the medication.I also had 3 years of experience in a telemarketing company, working as Human Resources and in the elaboration and maintenance of metrics with Excel. Developing formulas and dynamic charts for evaluating employee performance.In addition to keeping up to date on trends and practices in every area I’m involved to be able to assist clients in how best to project their businesses in the market. Nowadays I can count on fluency in English, advanced level in Spanish and French. Having dedicated a large part of my adult life to studies, postgraduate studies, and complementary courses, to know how to mediate needs is a constant in all the functions I perform, business diplomacy is an art that fascinates and accompanies me.I am confident that I understand the importance that maturity has. Commitment, predictability, camaraderie, transparency are essential qualities in a competitive market, which must always go hand in hand with constant technical improvement, which never ends, after all, learning is a journey of self-knowledge.
