Throughout my life I've always tried to experience many things, I've been in Boy Scouts, music classes, football/soccer, capoeira... But the two main areas I've always been passionate about are health and sports, specifically combat sports.When it comes to my studies, at the moment I am finishing my degree in Environmental Health at the Coimbra Health School.I am passionate about martial arts and combat sports. I practice Kempo for over 10 years and have won several World, European and National titles. I have also practiced sporadically other combat sports like boxing, kickboxing and others.At the moment I am a Kempo coach and athlete at the Aveiro Martial Arts Academy and a member of the Yín Lóng Demonstration Team.Life Motto:"Empty your mind.Be formless, shapeless, like water.You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup.You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle.You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot.Now water can flow or it can crash.Be water, my friend."
