Validate their integrity with others. 😊Born in September 1982, São Paulo, Brazil, André was the result of his parents, Erico and Glória's brainstorming. An idea not new, but unique, blending maternal rationality with paternal emotionality. Until 17, Rabanéa had no lemonade stand or inspiring creations, he is just an immature idea trying to be funny. With this disillusionment to be an Engineer, he tried communication, since his best friend and neighbor, Paulo, was already there, so why not hitch a ride?This led to his first internships at major advertising agencies, particularly in the WPP and Omnicom groups. Where he learned what he didn't want to do.As an idea yet to be fully explored, André changed scenes, seeking new briefings... And in 2004, in Lisbon, the Idea came to life. From a discredited intern to the founder of Torke, Portugal's first guerrilla marketing agency! The first brave client was the FOX channels. André and Assunção (FOX) worked together for over a decade, growing to 50 staff each. Torke, with over 300 projects, more than 100 clients, and over 400 people who've passed through the agency, didn't stop. Rabanéa became a juror at top creative festivals, including his four favorites: Cannes Lions, D&AD, El Ojo, and Croquete Awards (created by Torke). The agency was named Agency of the Year in Portugal multiple times by the Creative Club of Portugal, amassing over 100 awards and making Torke the world's most awarded guerrilla marketing agency. The idea that came to life multiplied, leading to over 15 companies in 20 years in Portugal, in countries like Turkey, Brazil, Belgium, Venezuela, and Qatar. He founded Billy the Group, and co-create firms like Beta-i, Couture, Mustard, StuntSoccer... With 23 partners, and endless meetings with accountants, lawyers, and team, the idea began to lose its charm. Rabanéa recharged his creativity during a stint in Japan. He returned to Portugal to lead Torkecc, creating a co-creation methodology named Ideators, which was later validated by Harvard and became a business unit. With renewed energy, he met Isabella, and together they created two wonderful new ideas, Arthur and Raul, his best creations that paradoxically presented the biggest challenges. Today, André Rabanéa continues to live in Lisbon and travels the world with Torkecc, selling disruptive ideas through Torke Guerrilla, solving problems with Ideators Co-Creation Thinking, and teaching creativity through Creative-you.
