André has more than 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector and real estate, in concessions and constructions companies, mainly in business development functions (both national and international).André is currently co-founder and managing partner of LX CAPITAL, a real estate investment company based in Lisbon currently with residential projects under licensing or construction totaling a sales volume of 50 million euros.From 2016 to 2018 he was member of the Board of Precon Engenharia. Precon is a construction start-up focused on sustainable low-budget housing. Precon has developed a prefabricated innovation building system that allows the erection of an 8-floors building in just 4 weeks with only 8 workers and a reduction of 85% of the waste produced.Previously, he was member of the Board of Directors of Cimentos Liz, a 8.000 ton daily cement plant in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.From 2002 to 2012 he was Executive Board Member of the Ascendi Group and of the Opway Group where was co-responsible for several transport concessions and board member of several construction subsidiaries in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Mozambique, Colombia and Mexico .He was responsible for the bidding process and set-up of transport concessions (motorways, rail), public buildings PPP (prisons, courts, hospitals) and real estate projects (logistics, residential, tourism). Led 5 acquisition processes in 4 different countries.
