Soft skills, such as negotiation, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, are not replaceable with algorithms and are essential to consolidate outstanding leadership and a successful professional and happy life. The rigorous preparation of a negotiation and the collaboration between the parties are crucial to create value and achieve a genuinely win-win result. Unfortunately, we do not know how to collaborate. My clients would describe me as creative with a systemic vision and systematic analysis of the situation and the preparation. In addition, I have a remarkable ability to transmit knowledge both online with digital platforms and in person. I have great experience in labor negotiations; with suppliers, B to B, B to C, the Colombia-USA Free Trade Agreement, conflicts with communities, etc.My clients from various industries and countries have allowed me excellent intercultural knowledge. I am a visiting lecturer of sales and negotiation at Skema Business School in Paris and Collaborative Negotiation at the Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia. This passion for teaching forces me to be very up to date. I am fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
