With social vocation and passion for agriculture, I have more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit and private sectors, advocating for policies and practices that support farmers, food production, consumers, and the environment in the Global South. I am currently the Director of Government & Industry Affairs for Southern Cone at Corteva, the leading global pure-play agriculture company that combines the strengths of DuPont Pioneer, DuPont Crop Protection and Dow AgroSciences. In my current role, I create and execute cross-national advocacy and engagement strategies, working with senior government officials, trade associations, growers' associations, and importers, to address the economic, regulatory, and market challenges and opportunities that affect the Ag industry. I also serve as the Treasurer and Executive Board Member of two influential associations that represent the crop protection and seed sectors in Argentina, leading their strategic planning, internal processes, and government affairs workstreams. Additionally, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University (2021-2025) to deepen my knowledge and skills in climate action planning and resilient agriculture, as I believe in being prepared to navigate increasingly tough negotiations as we surpass the Earth's tipping points.
