In addition, I am the Founder of CostaSol Ingredientes S.L., a company that sources and supplies high-quality natural ingredients from Spain to the food sector. I manage the entire business cycle, from market research and product development, to negotiation and distribution. I leverage my innovation, strategy, and entrepreneurship skills to create value and solve problems for my customers and stakeholders. I am passionate about learning and self-improvement, and I enjoy meeting practical challenges head-on. I have a multicultural background and speak English, Spanish, and Russian fluently. I graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a B.Sc. in Management (with Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship), where I gained knowledge and experience in various aspects of business and management.
