Lead all Revenue Management activities and strategies for all Belmond properties in Brazil, handling over USD$37 Million in rooms revenue per year. Ensure Forecast accuracy for both properties, lead analysis and potentialize pricing and inventory strategies through all revenue streams to increase RevPAR. Pair with sales to generate demand and drive total hotel revenue growth. Deal with unstable multi currency markets and achieve market share RevPAR growth. Communicate actively with key stake holders within the properties and in Corporate Head Quarters to better understand potential oportunities or chanllenges.

Responsible for managing and maximizing all revenue streams for 2 core properties (JW Marriott Rio de Janeiro and Renaissance Sao Paulo hotel) handling over 251K room nights and over USD$50 Million in rooms revenue per year. Conduct deep and accurate demand analysis to make rate recommendations for both properties taking into account currency instability and ever changing market conditions. Able to achieve double digit growth in transient retail segments. Actively participate in group selling process, able to grow this segment by 10%; resulting in Market Share growth. Participate in team members growth and build bridges between departments to enhance relationships with key stakeholders.

In charge of Revenue maximization for 9 properties in 4 different countries.Directly responsible for over 230,000 Roomnights and over $28Million in Revenues.
