Support Region (MENA) & Global Operations on Completions System with Job incident analysis; Create new products & modify existing products to meet internal and external customer requirements and industry standards (API 5CT, API SPEC 10D, API 11D1, API SPEC 14L, etc.); Prepare, check and/or direct the preparation of detailed drawings and layouts for new or existing products to fit, form and function checking; Coordinate the manufacture of prototypes; Create Test procedure to meet standards or special costumer requirements; Analyse test data to determine if the product meets predetermined technical specifications; Train New Design Engineers & Senior Design Engineer for Completions Product Line; Coordinate with RPLM customer special orders. Design Manufacturing Process for new Equipment to be produced. Design Special Tooling for New Manufacturing Process. Create and maintain MDR, NCR ECN data base to complain ISO 9001 and API Q1 standards. Disposition of MDR, ECR and ECN. Provide Support to Quality, Production and HS&E Departments. Internal ISO 9001 Auditor. Member of Continuous Improvement Team.
