Perform various accounting tasks and financial control.Accounting :- Preparation of monthly balance sheet and results of branches and subsidiaries (RPO, RAM, Reyl Overseas ZH, Reyl Overseas US)- Booking income, supplier invoices, estimates and provisions- Calculation of retrocessions to receive- VAT statements and reconciliations- Help to upgrade to a new accounting system- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts- Establishment of documentation for the audit of each branch & subsidiariesControlling :- Comparative review of income statements and explanatory variation- Daily monitoring & investigation (ATF, brokerage,…)- Establishment of intercompany rebilling (rent, services, IT, ...)Others :- Internal communication related to the function- Ensure the implementation of effective tools (especially Excel)- Manage the operational risks of the function, maintain procedures
