Participated in building a custom metadata management tool, that has both data lineage and business glossary functionality. As quality and development specialist, my main responsibilities was: - designing and implementing the metrics systems for measuring hospitals performance and developing service offerings based on that. - Building HNRK’s BI solution using MS SQL and MS Power BI. - Analysing requirements for the hospital’s core information systems and procuring the corresponding development services. Writing some smaller functionality software using MS Visual Studio - and Maintaining hospitals web and social media presence

Working as a social worker (2 years) gave me first-hand experience with a hospital’s internal processes and improved my communication skills.
