Building and designing Vaab service in Ruby on Rails framework from ground up. Vaab connects specialists with medical and social background to institutions in need of additional workforce. The service helped to significantly alleviate the load on hospitals' personnel during COVID-19 crisis in Estonia.The whole idea started with Garage 48 Hack the Crisis hackathon in Estonia in march 2020.As the service grew more mature, I designed a X-road connection to it. On top of that I built automatic synchronization with Estonian Education Information System (EHIS) from where Vaab could synchronize official education-data about user accounts. To improve the data quality I designed and developed governmental authentication system (TARA) to the web application- this enabled the users to authenticate to Vaab with ID-card, Mobile-ID and Smart-ID. In later years I also went deep into building up new partnerships not only in Estonia but also abroad. I built up a dedicated communication plan to introduce the service to different organizations, governmental, non-profit etc, who might receive some benefit from it.

Development and support for multiple in-house custom software tools. Development of custom accounting-software, identity management system, support for Estonian Academic Authentication and Authorization Infrastructure (TAAT) which is also Estonian identity federation for worldwide eduGAIN network and development of Estonian Scientific Computing Infrastructure portal which allows users to create an account to log in to connected sites using personal SSH key or certificate. TAAT identity federation deputy in eduGAIN Steering Group starting from january 2017.Work has included back-end as well as front-end development, testing, documenting, analyzing, communication with different parties involved and also considerable amount of international collaboration (mainly regarding to GÉANT association). Some works related to project management starting from july 2016 for Estonian educational ID management system (ment for kindergartens, primary schools and high schools).
