Responsible for all aspects of factory, maintenance, manufacturing, production program, fulfillment of goals and objectives, lead 60 people, 4 productive areas, ensure compliance of goals and objectives, continuous improvement, people development, waste reduction and Lean Manufacturing, industrial safety, development of new Manufacturing Solutions, budget control, Preventive Maintenance plans.Principal functions:- Lead Factory Sistema Muebles.- Responsible for the planning and development of new products to meet market demand.- In charge of supervising all the factory personnel (60 workers).- Responsible for areas: CNC (Computerized Numerical Control), painting, cutting, welding, solid surface, pressing, Assembly and Installations workshop.- Promote and encourage continuous improvement and investment projects based on business case. Achievements:- Implement a quality system of "Quality Gates" where an inspector performs sampling of 15% of the pieces, reviewing damages and quality faults which allowed to reduce the generation of defects for a 23% at the origin.- Establish training programs for systematic replacement of personnel in key areas.- Implement JIT system (just in time) to reduce the use of spaces for storage of raw materials.- Measurement of time to increase productive capacity reducing NVAA activities of no added value by 12%.

Responsible of leading production area with 45 workers in charge, 3 productive areas, ensuring compliance with goals and objectives, continuous improvement, people development, waste reduction and Lean methodology, industrial safety management, development of new manufacturing solutions, control of budget, plans of Preventive Maintenance and Equipment implementations.Principal functions:- In charge of the manufacturing and transformation processes of high end furniture and architectural solutions.- Responsible of production planning.- In charge of supervising all the factory personnel (45 workers).- Responsible for assembly lines areas: CNC (Computerized Numerical Control), painting, cutting, Assembly and welding workshop.- Generate Continuous Improvement Projects reducing costs and waste. Achievements:- Achievement of goals and objectives for 8 consecutive months increasing manufacturing efficiency by 11% vs. previous year.- Reduction of NVA Non-value added activities by 9% per day, increasing the productive performance of the production area.

Lead work teams of up to 102 workers, budget management, continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing, Engineering changes to the Product, KPI and KAI, WCM World Class Manufacturing and application of the Kaizen methodology, Projects to incorporate new production lines.Principal functions:- Ensure compliance of the production program.- Lead a group of 102 workers.- Implement Methodology WCM pillar WO and S- Lead Kaizen Workshop.- Implement engineering changes in processes and parts. Achievements:- Implement proactive and reactive stages of the WO (Workplace Organization) and S (Safety) pillar of the WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING methodology.- Lead generation of Ideas and Suggestions as an area with more than 600 ideas and suggestions reported with 18% of successful implementation and execution.- Reduction of NVAA Reduction of activities of No added value by 15%.- Reduction of SCRAP material generated by 19% and increase the rate of reuse of Scrap material by 45% through the rework of parts and parts.

Ensure continuous supply of local and CKD production material to the assembly processes considering the quality, Inventory, Freight, delivery times, transportation and costs, communication with international and local suppliers, BSC indicator, reaching supply agreements, Evaluate part changes, check the status of approvals of engineering tests to local suppliers, supervise PPUP staff (Paid per unit of production).

Monitor progress of construction works, stratification of conditions and environmental aspects of the plant, application and enforcement of One point lesson (OPL), continuous improvement and standard Quick Kaizen & Kaizen projects.
