This role is responsible for the development and communication of the volume foundation for the Integrated Business Plan (IBP). Such as process standardization to industry best practices and development of standard reports. As well as process improvement projects of enterprise such as assessment of timelines and roles and responsibilities in launching new products (fast to market and standard year resets). Identifying opportunities and developing cross functional training for adherence.• Play key role in selecting, hiring, coaching and mentoring new Planners.

Away From Home and Export Demand Planner. Responsible for running the AFH Demand Planning and S&OP process as well as managing the Export Demand Planning process for all regions. Leader to coordinate between Sales, Marketing, PSO and other functions to ensure the principles of the S&OP process are executed with excellence.
