-Support the Ecolab Pacific Asia monthly general ledger close process in Oracle/SAP.-Analyze monthly financial results for the Ecolab Pacific Asia entities.-Prepare various journal entries during the monthly close process.-Work closely with the Global Business Services (GBS) team in Buenos Aires during month-end close, and throughout the month, on various accounting procedures.-Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.-Assist in the balance sheet fluctuation review of the Ecolab entities.-Prepare documentation to support external and internal audits.-Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation.-Maintain and enhance department processes, procedures, and related documentation.

-Analyze, propose and carry out developments that improve operational productivity and the quality of reconciliation processes.-Provide management information and analyze variations in the monthly financial statements for these business units.-Elaborate metrics and dashboards for evaluation of current processes and impact of improvements.-Preparation of procedure manuals.-Identify areas for improvement and communicate findings to allow stakeholders to make reliable decisions.-Develop strong relationships with other areas of the company-Collaborate with information flow and control automation projects.-Support to design performance indicators and monitoring reports that account for possible deviations.

-Prepare and analyze monthly Balance and P&L-Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts.-Compensation Analysis- Product Cost and Product Revenue analysis: Cost provisions, journal entries, account reconciliation, consumption detailed analysis.- Ad Hoc reports.- Processes standardization and deploying automations in Visual Basic and Power BI for Applications.
