• Daily monitoring of the production committed to the customer• Focus on achieving 100% of the OTS (metric to measure the units commited vs units shipped)• Planning of daily air shipments to the different customer sites (Singapore, Amsterdam, Memphis, San Jose and Santa Clara)• After sales service metric (RMA's ; Return Material Authorization) measurable per quarter• Follow up on AR (Account Receivable) • Forecast analysis (demand)• Daily monitoring and continuous communication in relation to customer requirements• Preparation of KBI (Key Business Indicators), OTD, Overdue Orders, Accounts Payable, Inventory Levels, Customer Complaints, etc.

• Monthly checkups to Distribution Centers (Hermosillo, Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez and Guadalajara).• Validation in the execution of the main storage processes; receiving, storaging and shipping.• Monthly reports of areas of opportunities and processes improvements in the operation.• Planning of general and rotating inventory.• Reduction of inventory differences.• Analysis on transport provider and merchandise provider’s accounts.• Audits directed to the different storage areas (Internal control, Management, Traffic, Operative Management, Supervisors, etc.).
