Sulphur Experts is an independent process engineering company reflecting it focus on the sulphur & amine plants, providing quality process engineering consulting and sulphur plant Testing to the Oil refining and natural gas processing industries.To conduct performance test to optimize the Sulphur recovery process and amine process.On site test will yield all of the process specific data required to determine the currentcondition of the Sulphur and Amine plant.To stablish heat and material balance.To determine the current SRU recovery efficiency (based on recent plant test data) Establish the reaction furnace performance for the expected acid gas composition (COS and CS2 formation rates) Completing a range of Sulsim® cases to determine the effect of catalyst activity on overall recovery performance. The cases will reflect the expected performance with new catalyst (“start of run”) and deactivated catalyst (typical for “end of run”) conditions. The effects onthe Claus reaction and the COS and CS2 hydrolysis rates will be evaluated. Establish the operating conditions required for optimum recovery efficiency (converter and condenser temperatures, etc.) Identify and determine the effect of various plant problems on recovery efficiency capability (air flow control, leaking switching valves, poor bed regeneration etc.) Evaluate the impact of other possible plant emission sources (pit vent, H2S inincinerator fuel gas etc.)

To provide support to the Hydrogen Processes Superintendent in the application of operational procedures and the evaluation of matters of occupational health, safety environmental conservation and protection, in order to contribute to the safe and stable functioning of the Nafta Hydrotreatment and Distillation and Controlled Hydrocracking units.• To evaluate work routines and monitor the actions and activities of operational variables and conditions.• To give support to the Hydrogen Processes Superintendent, through the application of operational procedures and activities related to the consumption of materials (catalysts, chemicals, etc.) by the Nafta Hydrotreatment and Distillation and Controlled Hydrocracking units.• To support the Hydrogen Processes Superintendent, through the application of operational procedures and the evaluation of actions and activities concerning the loss of hydrocarbons by the Nafta Hydrotreatment and Distillation and Controlled Hydrocracking units.• To assist to the Hydrogen Processes Superintendent, through the application of operational procedures and the evaluation of activities related to the consumption of energy by the Nafta Hydrotreatment and Distillation and Controlled Hydrocracking units.• To encourage, verify and supervise the application, implementation and compliance, in a continuous and permanent way, of the rules, procedures, laws and regulations established in the area of health, safety, environment and protection, by the staff under his control, to safeguard and contribute to, during the development and execution of assigned activities, the protection and conservation of the environment, of the resources and installations of SINCOR, and to develop and implement the appropriate corrective actions.

• Update of Orion Scheduling software using Orion Planning software input.• Generate operational monthly and three monthly plans with Orion Scheduling and planning. • Provide operational daily instructions in order to accomplish operational monthly plan.• Inventory monitoring and planning• Active participation in daily operations meetings with operation manager and superintendents.• Close co-ordination with production division, pipeline operator and marketing division.• Emergency planning for unplanned events regarding Sincor’s Commitments.• Review performance against targets. • Anticipation of bottlenecks.• Minimisation of operating costs.• Planning of main Upgrader Shutdown regarding all units including ramp down and ramp up. • Preparing of DCO-Mesa logistic to continue producing • Extra Heavy Oil from our wells using crude Mesa as • diluents during main Upgrader Shutdown.• Superintendent in charged of SINCOR planning group since May 2005 to August 2005.• Preparing of SINCOR’s business plan 2006-2011 for the whole value chain.• Presentation of SINCOR’s business plan 2006-2011 to board of directors.The Production Planner reports to the Planning Superintendent and the Planning and Optimisation Manager, has daily interaction with Process Superintendence, Technical Services, Maintenance department, Crude Oil Production Division, Pipeline Operator, and Marketing division based in Caracas.

• Orion Scheduling: Analysed actual crude runs versus arrived and scheduled oil lots.• Daily update of product tanks inventories in Orion Scheduling model.• Study about yields in distillation vacuum unit with Orion model. • Analyse and study monthly LP report (GRTMPS v3), making a report, which was presented the first five days of each month to Technical Services and Valorisation Department.• Establish short-term KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for m:pro software.• Development of a technical refinery products manual for valorisation department.
