I am interested in any IT, Business Analyst, Networking, or anything related to Management Information Systems (MIS) I am very interested, and I feel I have a lot to offer and many skills that would assist me in doing great in this position. For one, I believe a good candidate must be able to effectively communicate to its team members and/or chain of command. For example, when I am not understanding a concept, I will reach out for help so I do not delay work and negatively affect team and/or department performance. Furthermore, should an issue arise, I will discuss my issue with the chain of command, either a team lead or supervisor and escalate it from there. All in all, I believe communication is a factor for success. Secondly, I attended the Sacramento police Academy and believe that familiarizing myself with policies and procedures is another key for success. Many employees do not read the companies policies and procedures and get upset when they are in the wrongdoing. I always do my best to read companies policy and procedures to be a successful employee. Furthermore, I have a strong work ethic and I am confident that I can perform the tasks for the position. I have been told that I am a fast learner; in addition, I know that I would give my best effort. I am adaptable to various work settings due to my past work experiences, for example, I have worked in an office, a warehouse and even in fields. At the moment, I am perusing a degree in Management Information Systems & Business Analyst, and I am expected to graduate in 2019. I have three years of college background which I feel has helped me to become well rounded and has assisted me in being able to converse with people from all walks of life. Also, I have two and a half years of IT and medical experience. I have worked in the medical field with HealthNet serving our active duty service members and medical providers with health insurance and IT support.
