While working at Stonehouse, I’ve continued to further my fine dining experience and grow an expertise in customer service. My main job is as a backwaiter, is to enhance the customers dining experience.

I worked on one of the restaurants on the Ritz Carlton property where I focused on either food running or hosting. During my time there, my main job was ensuring the customer's experience was on par with the standards of the Ritz.

While working at Nordstrom, I worked under logistics where I helped process online orders. I would find these items in store and package them accordingly to ensure that customers were satisfied with the product they ordered.

TechToSchool is a small company that works with local school districts in the Santa Clara County to provide devices for primary school students. My job was to test these devices to ensure they weren't broken and ready for use in the school year. I focused on the logistical aspect of the process in ensuring they were ready to be sent out and would then package the devices.

Upick Orchards provides a fun experience for people to come and pick their own cherries at their family-owned farm. The staff size is relatively small being primarily family and friends. While working, I mainly help direct traffic into the orchard in a efficient manner and also help at the cashier. My main responsibility is to make sure operations were running up to standards and ensure that guests were enjoying their experience.
