Comprehensive asset management, through strategic planning and support in the execution of each step and stage. Experience in the management of residential, commercial and industrial properties (purchase / administration / sale), tax strategy, etc., as well as other strategies to diversify the investment portfolio, with international projection.

At this position, I was responsible for Fixed Glass, Sunroof Modules and Sliding Rear Windows on Jeep & Truck vehicles, supporting Interior Rearview Mirrors on some of these platforms. The daily activities mainly involved creating Engineering solutions to problems with commodities (release, quality and warranty issues).Furthermore, I was tasked with Engineering Design & Release responsibility for new vehicle projects, in my assigned commodities. (E.g. 2014 Grand Cherokee Windshields & Back Window, 2013-2014 RAM Truck Windshield, etc.). Lastly, I traveled to supplier and own assembly plants to validate & coordinate changes, review quality control measures, etc.

I was hired out of the US office to support the company's entry & growth in the Mexican market, mostly in the Automotive industry, by opening & running the Mexico City office. My main tasks included managing our customer's projects (mostly Quality gates / Sorting-Rework / Training / Audits), negotiating purchase orders, reporting, allocating the workforce and setting up a warehouse to company standards for the continuous flow of automotive parts that we received, amongst other.I received training as an Auditor in VDA 6.3, and subsequently audited several automotive supplier assembly plants (except Finance), and also served as Resident Engineer for a German seat parts supplier, with presence in several Tier II assembly plants. Afterwards, I launched the Puebla office/warehouse, which was larger scale than Mexico City, and interviewed 30+ candidates for Quality inspector positions there. Furthermore, I toured the country with the Key Account Manager, building customer relations and presenting our services portfolio.
