• Facilitate and maintain relationships between Amazon and Vendors (Tier 1 and 2), negotiating contracts, creating standards, and finding the best available vendors to increase the selection for the categories Tools and Home Improvement.• Led the introduction of a new vendor tier 2 for the category Home Improvement with an OPS potential of $9000,000 Mx pesos for the first year. • Led and coordinated the PO´s (Purchasing Orders) for four of the top 10 vendors of the category of Tools significantly impacting the Optimal Inventory Health reducing by 20% YoY.
