R $ 1.5 MM.• Focal point of the migration project of the largest base in the world of the value transport segment (Belo Horizonte), implementing the Roadnet tool, executing the programming, monitoring and analysis of 77 routes and mapping process improvements with field tests together with the control .• Creation and development of the dashboard for monitoring the working hours of the garrisons, resulting in a visual management for monitoring and supporting operational demands, reducing overtime and preventing MPT events.

• Acting as Key User Full Time of the Planning team in the Ultra Integration Project, with the aim of updating and expanding the Oracle ERP to version R12.• Parameterization of new systems, defining and registering business rules and data loads / conversions necessary for the proper functioning of the new system.• Functional specification and development of new features and interfaces (GAPs), supporting the description of requirements for features not fully met by the system.• Cycle, health, vertical and integrated tests, executing business process scenarios to evaluate the functioning of new systems and processes.• Development of training, mapping, preparing content and enabling employees to operate in the new model, using distance learning tools and face-to-face training.
