Lead a team of officials and regional coordinators in the work-plan related to the public and government affairs in 8 intervention cities. Achievements:• I have structured and led a public sector and government affairs strategy, lobbying and advocacy for the construction of public policy tools and instruments in the field of economic development and inclusive employment with local and national government entities in eight cities of Colombia.• I have managed to work with congress-people of Colombia on the design of public policy meant to improve the precarious labor conditions of the youth in Colombia. • I have contributed to the construction of the public and political agenda at the local and national government level regarding employment and socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable populations.

Achievements:• I structured and led a national program that helped to provide solutions to the employment barriers faced by the unemployed and vulnerable populations. Today, this program is replicated in the main cities of the country and has allowed the labor inclusion of thousands of poor and deprived populations.• I structured and led the international cooperation and public policy division attached to the Director-General office. This division oversaw all global affairs and public policy strategies, technical and financial cooperation between Latin American countries, and multilateral actors.• I led negotiations and the incorporation of an education online platform dedicated to vocational training and education of the most vulnerable people with no access to education The above was possible thanks to a public-private partnership between the Carlos Slim Foundation, Claro Colombia (ICT. Company in Colombia) the Colombian Ministry of labor, the Ministry of Information Technologies and the Public Employment Service of Colombia.

Achievements: • I developed a virtual learning environment initiative to complement the learning and training processes of postgraduate students. I established a social entrepreneurship laboratory for poverty reduction, which to date has developed three projects for poverty reduction and social development.

Achievements: • I Contributed to the strengthening of communication channels between MAPP-OAS and the government of Colombia, the national and international media on issues that reflected the mandate of the OAS in accompany the peace process in Colombia within the framework of transitional justice, ceasefire, victims´ reparation, land restitutions and human rights protection and international humanitarian law.

Besides, I designed and implemented a fundraising strategy that led to the financial support of several educational projects conducted by the organization. Finally, I led several partnerships with national and international organizations to expand the institutional activities in co-partnering with others.
