This division oversaw all global affairs and public policy strategies, technical and financial cooperation between Latin American countries, and multilateral actors.• I led negotiations and the incorporation of an education online platform dedicated to vocational training and education of the most vulnerable people with no access to education The above was possible thanks to a public-private partnership between the Carlos Slim Foundation, Claro Colombia (ICT. Company in Colombia) the Colombian Ministry of labor, the Ministry of Information Technologies and the Public Employment Service of Colombia.
