By creating customer journey maps with UX-based optimizations, defining online and offline omnichannel contact points, measuring performance (Google Ads, Business Manager, SemRush) and making optimizations, brand recognition is increased, leads are generated and with it we increase sales. SEO & SEM strategies development for better positioning in search engines, email marketing strategies creation, Shoppable application, among others.I managed the development of digital marketing strategies executions working on target audience experience maps, prioritizing the key omnichannel points of contact (online and offline), selecting digital media channels and their respective media plan that with the incorporation of reports and key indicators added to the new content developed from Insights from our consumers I was able to increase the effectiveness of communication and the results expected by the businesses (doubling of the click through rate, page views increased from 50% to 80%, 110% fulfillment of the objective of complete registrations, sales growth double digit).

Leadership in the execution of global/regional campaigns in the Southern Cone region by developing the local strategy and tactics for 3M Chile S.A. dental & orthodontic growth managing online and offline activities with tactics like 3M dental magazine Infodent Plus and its promotions.AchievementsDesign and implement the digital strategy, managing to double visits to the site, increase the permanence time by 50%, better organic positioning (SEO) in the first places of the Google search engine, increase double-digit e-commerce growth in the distributor of these products and sales growth of over 15% for the business.

Chile

Develop the retail product portfolio of Nexcare® (First Aid) and Futuro™ (Orthopedics) brands in Chile.AchievementsI led the Nexcare® campaign "Nothing stops you" for Latin America, obtaining recognition for the best 2015 3M retail regional campaign, that same year I obtained the vice president recognition due to the contribution generated through the results to the business, I led the launch of the sensitive skin line for Latin America, I defined an agile work plan for a prompt customer complaint response, managing to increase satisfaction levels. All of the above allowed me to increase 2 points of market share during my work in this position.

Develop Category Management for the first aid, soaps and office supplies categories in Drugstores, Offices and bookstores channels, managing projects that allow the total category growth.AchievementsI developed a set of projects between 3M and its clients that allowed me to achieve double-digit growth in the First Aid category for the three main Drugstores in Chile, I also worked together with the main office distributor in Chile to improve their E-commerce results in their office supply and grooming categories.
