I work as a Freelancer deploying IoT solutions for metal forging companies. Most of the clients requirements are similar, they want to measure everything that can be measured. Quality control is the main concern of the company. I develop my own PCBs to add logic and communications to many steps of the production line. From measuring and logging thermocouples, counters, load cell measurements, IR barriers, Laser barriers, Modbus and Rs232. All the information is sent via LoRa to my local server, and API are served to the factory main system.More than 23 devices were added on this company.
