For a usability test of the DB service number I was responsible for the management of research service providers, the conception, coordination and implementation of the usability tests as well as interviews and presented the results and design recommendations to the project managers.

For the redesign of the DB service number, I prepared an extensive as-is and painpoint analysis of the existing (old) DB service number, visualized the findings, conducted stakeholder, employee and customer interviews, accompanied co-creation workshops and developed understandable and customeroriented structures and texts for a better navigation and usability of the new telephone portal.
