Andrés is the Principal Architect at Agencie Architecture & Engineering, a design & engineering services firm based in New York. Agencie has designed and engineered hundreds of buildings, spaces, experiences in Canada, Europe, and across the US. Agencie can be hired either as the Prime Design Lead or as embedded Consultants working alongside Design and Engineering Teams. We run a tight ship with expertise across typology and scale, operating on leading edge platforms and workflows to optimize collaboration with our clients.In 2011 we won the Urban Shed International Design competition which led to the formation of Urban Umbrella with Time Equities as our principal investor. Many years later we brought in Venture Capital to scale the company and sold Urban Umbrella to Private Equity in 2019.
